Installing chains andsprocket wheels of the shot blasting machine
The chain and the sprocket wheel works a lot when shot blasting machine runs and the chain transmission is very important for devices of shot blasting machines. For example, the bottom of the hook shot blasting machine, the elevator of the tumble shot blasting machine and the roll table of the roller conveyor shot blasting machine are all of great significance.

Otherwise, not only extremely loud machine noises, but also excessive wear of the sprocket wheel and the chain will be caused. At the sames time, the stability of the machine will be reduced.

The value of axial displacement between two shot blasting machines' chains can not be too large. When the center distance of two wheels is less than 500mm, the value of axial displacement should be less than 1mm. When the center distance of two wheels is more than 500mm, the value of axial displacement should be less than 2mm.

The radial circular run-out and the end face circle run-out of the shot blasting machine's sprocket wheel should meet the requirements. The scribing block and the dial indicator should be used to check and correct the radial circular run-out error.

The chain of the shot blasting machine needs to have appropriate tightness. On the one hand, if the chain is too tight, its load will be increased and its wear and tear will be accelerated. On the other hand, if the chain is not tight enough, when the shot blasting machine is operated, the machine will vibrate seriously and the chain might even be broken.

During installation, instructions below should be followed. 

The overall levelness and the weight of the shot blasting machine's main part have to meet the requirements of the drawing.

The parts of the shot blasting machine are supposed to be installed from the bottom to the top of the machine.

Hook type shot blasting machines and roller conveyor shot blasting machines need to be installed from inside to outside of the machine.

During the trail run, the shot blasting machine should be run partially at first. Only after that can the whole machine be run for the operating test.

Cautions for the installation of hooker type shot blasting machines
Before installation, the condition of the foundations is supposed to be checked according to the ground plot. Based on the foundation drawing, the staff member needs to draw the position line of the shot blasting machine with the help of the the carpenter's ink marker so as to indicate installation locations. 

After reaching the installation location, the machine needs to be placed on the flat ground. To prevent the corrosion of the machine and the damage of the electrical components, all the components of the machine are not allowed to be stored in the open-air environment.

Attention: the components need to be lifted up and put down gently.
